1:1 Guidance
Private mindfulness guidance designed to deepen self-awareness, support nervous system regulation, and cultivate lasting change through consistent practice.
Our work together begins with a 90-minute discovery session. This initial meeting is a chance to explore what brings you here and the challenges you may be facing.
I’ll introduce you to how mindfulness is used within our work together and how you’ll apply the practice gently and practically in everyday life
At the end of the session, we’ll reflect together on whether this work feels like a good fit and discuss your readiness to move forward.

Sessions take place at my private studio in the heart of Williamsville, NY. Virtual guidance is also available.
The three-month program includes one 90-minute discovery session and twelve 60-minute follow-up sessions designed to support the integration of mindfulness into your everyday life.
Commitment to the full program allows the work to unfold in a meaningful and sustainable way. Following each session, you will receive session notes as well as additional resources to help you practice between sessions.

SMALL GROUP EXPERIENCES
Meeting Anxiety with Awareness
Anxiety isn’t something to eliminate—even though most of us wish we could—it’s something to understand, regulate, and gently befriend.
In this workshop, I guide you through a compassionate, experiential approach to working with anxiety. Rather than trying to control or push it away, we begin with awareness, curiosity, and care.
Together, we explore how anxiety shows up in your experience:
How anxiety appears in your body, thoughts, and patterns
Early signs of reactivity
Personal triggers
Habitual responses to stress and uncertainty
This isn’t about fixing anxiety—it’s about changing your relationship to it.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to meet anxious moments with more steadiness and awareness.

This is an experiential workshop, where learning unfolds through direct practice and reflection.
In this workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Engage in guided practices during and between sessions
Reflect on your experience through simple journaling prompts
Share and explore your experience within the group
Sharing is always optional, and you’re encouraged to participate in a way that feels supportive to you.

The ReGrounding Experience
Space to Reset and Reconnect
I was inspired to create The ReGrounding Experience as a restorative space for those carrying chronic stress, feeling burnout or emotional heaviness, or simply needing a place to pause—a space where you can slow down, soften, and be supported without having to do or figure anything out.
This is a personally guided somatic and sensory experience designed to help your nervous system slow down and settle. Through gentle guidance, sensory elements, and stillness, I guide you into a space where your body and mind can naturally unwind, restore, and reorganize.

Each session begins with a gentle arrival into the space — a moment to pause, settle, and transition out of the pace of your day.
From there, I guide you through a series of sensory and awareness-based elements designed to help your nervous system slow down and settle. You’ll be supported in a comfortable position, allowing your body to rest and the experience to unfold naturally.
There is nothing you need to do or figure out.
You are simply guided and supported throughout.Each session unfolds differently, in its own way.
This experience allows what is ready to emerge.

Before You Arrive
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully settle into the experience.
To support a quiet, uninterrupted experience, phones are not brought into the session room.
After Your Session
You’re invited to take a few moments before leaving, allowing your body to reorient gently and noticing what feels different.
