Learn To Meditate

  • I designed this course for people who try meditation and walk away believing they “failed” because they couldn’t quiet their mind, sit still, focus, or struggle to slow down.

I’ve learned through my own practice that preparation is an important step, and when overlooked, the effects are noticeable.

This 4-week experiential course offers a gentler, more supportive approach to meditation by helping participants first learn how to settle the body and nervous system before trying to focus the mind.

Designed for beginners, busy minds, and anyone who has struggled with meditation in the past, this course teaches participants how to gradually build a sustainable meditation practice through awareness, breathwork, sound, stillness, and guided experiential practice.

  • Over four weeks, participants will gradually learn how to:

    • settle before meditation begins

    • prepare the body for stillness

    • tune the mind through sound awareness

    • anchor attention in stillness

    • work with restlessness instead of against it

    • develop a realistic and sustainable meditation practice

Each week builds progressively upon the last through guided experiential practice, group discussion, and simple at-home exercises.

By the end of the four weeks, participants will have developed a strong foundation for a sustainable and consistent meditation practice — one they will look forward to.
